Scholarly Research

Dr. John Boudreau is an award-winning scholar, with over 40 years of experience as a university professor at Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations and the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business.

His more than 200 publications span topics such as the future of the global human resource profession, decision-based HR, HR measurement and analytics, executive mobility, learning, training, staffing, rewards, careers, and a host of other topics related to work, organizations, and society.  His scholarly work has been recognized with lifetime achievement awards and Fellowships from the Academy of Management, American Psychological Association, and Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, among others.
